I wish I knew how to take an image and make it a water mark in a scrapbook/layout page. I can cut people out of the picture and plop them into other pages but making them a larger than life watermark is beyond my capability.
P.S. I use your word art in some of my pages and I thank you for sharing them. I have no idea how to make them myself. Thank you for sharing.
